We're seeking a Google Ads Senior Specialist/PPC Specialist to manage our $1M+ advertising budget and drive impactful acquisition campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's performance while working with a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million dollar SEM budgets optimizing for scale and profitability
• Oversee Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across Search, Display Network, Demand Gen, Pmax, and YouTube
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Develop and execute scaling strategies for paid acquisition
• Plan and implement A/B & MVT tests to improve ROI
• Provide creative and landing page optimization recommendations
• Track and communicate KPIs to stakeholders
• Conduct competitive research and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain vendor partnerships and stay current with industry trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of Google Ads campaign management experience
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• English proficiency (B2 or higher)
• Excellent communication abilities
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Analytics, and data visualization tools
• Adaptability and quick decision-making capabilities
