Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing funnel efficiency through strategic lead management and optimization
- Manage and enhance marketing technology stack (Hubspot, KeyPlay, Clay, Google Analytics)
- Develop and refine lead scoring models and account targeting strategies
- Optimize email marketing channels via A/B testing and segmentation
- Create performance dashboards with actionable insights for cross-functional teams
- Stay current with emerging martech solutions, particularly AI-driven tools
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing operations experience
- Advanced Hubspot administration skills
- Expertise in email marketing platforms and CRM software
- Strong data-driven mindset with exceptional project management skills
- Ability to execute complex campaigns and generate detailed reports
- Proven track record of cross-functional problem-solving
