Proposal Writer, Enterprise Marketing

As a Proposal Writer on our Enterprise Marketing team, you'll drive business success by creating compelling RFP and RFI responses while managing the complete proposal creation process. Working directly with the Director of Product Marketing, you'll help scale our proposal strategy and influence our enterprise marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and produce persuasive RFP responses addressing buyer needs
• Lead proposal management and prioritization to ensure timely completion
• Maintain and develop the RFP library with differentiated client-facing content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft effective messaging
• Measure proposal impact on sales bookings and revenue
• Support Product Marketing initiatives including sales content and market research

First 90 Days

• Learn Virta's products, services, and go-to-market strategy
• Build relationships with commercial team and internal SMEs
• Take ownership of RFP/RFI processes
• Begin supporting proposal deals with Sales Directors

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in enterprise content creation or proposal writing
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments

Compensation range: $93,140-$115,000, with comprehensive benefits package
