Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid ads operations across Meta, Google, LINE, and TikTok for Taiwan market
• Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Optimize user journey and conversion flows
• Track and analyze daily user funnel performance
• Collaborate with local and central marketing teams to review campaign insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills with marketing measurement expertise
• Ability to write and experiment with marketing copy
• Experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing preferred
• Native Mandarin and professional English proficiency
• Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
