Manager, SEO Marketing

We're seeking an experienced SEO Manager to drive our organic growth strategy in the Chinese market. You'll join our CN marketing team to scale our SEO efforts, boost high-intent organic traffic, and establish a predictable approach to reaching cross-border businesses on Chinese and overseas search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Airwallex's SEO strategy and execution in China
• Implement technical SEO and optimize website performance
• Create targeted content with our Content Team
• Own SEO performance metrics and reporting
• Drive organic channel growth through experimentation
• Champion SEO best practices across the organization
• Support product education initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years SEO experience with deep knowledge of Chinese and international search engines
• Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics and Baidu Analytics
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and driving revenue
• Fluent in written Simplified Chinese and English
• Experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Customer-obsessed mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B, SaaS, Fintech, or startup experience
• Knowledge of social media marketing (Zhihu, Douyin, Redbook, Meta/Instagram)
