About the Role As Head of Community Marketing, you'll spearhead our mission to build and nurture a thriving community of Magic Eden enthusiasts. You'll be both a strategic visionary and hands-on leader, personally engaging with users while developing a world-class team of community managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute community growth strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Create scalable frameworks for building an engaged, loyal community
  • Lead by example through direct community engagement
  • Drive community activation through partnerships, marketing, and grant programs
  • Transform community feedback into actionable product and marketing strategies
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure initiative success
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing community management team
  • Oversee engaging content creation and educational campaigns
  • Plan and execute impactful virtual events

Requirements

  • 4+ years leading community teams in a crypto company
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems
  • Proven track record in community building and ecosystem marketing
  • Excellence in presentation and senior leadership collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Experience managing and scaling community teams
  • Established relationships with crypto influencers and KOLs
  • Virtual event management expertise
  • Proficiency with community management and analytics tools
