We're seeking a Crypto-Native Customer Success Manager for our APAC operations, based in Hong Kong, to drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and maintain strong relationships throughout their journey
  • Serve as a strategic partner, sharing insights from Keyrock's services, performance data, and industry expertise
  • Monitor customer metrics and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executives to drive renewals and inform product development

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in digital asset infrastructure
  • Proven track record in managing renewal conversations and delivering Customer Success at scale
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to shape business strategy based on data and industry trends
  • Demonstrable professional experience in the crypto industry
