Motion Design Lead

We're seeking an experienced Motion Designer Team Lead to join our Creative Production team. This role combines artistic vision, marketing acumen, and leadership skills to elevate our creative output.

Key Responsibilities

Art Direction:

• Ensure high-quality motion design deliverables
• Enhance visual storytelling and engagement
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance
• Foster a design-oriented mindset across the team

Motion & Visual Design:

• Transform briefs into captivating visuals
• Create engaging content for various formats and platforms
• Contribute to performance and marketing campaigns

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Mentor and inspire team members
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions
• Collaborate with other teams to bring our vision to life
• Provide coaching to support less experienced team members

Team and Process Management:

• Manage direct reports and their workload
• Define and optimize workflows and processes
• Anticipate talent and project needs
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

Experience and Expertise:

• 5+ years as a Lead Motion Designer or similar role
• 4+ years in a management position
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
• Expertise with AI tools (Midjourney, D-ID, Kaiber, Stable Diffusion)
• Understanding of various media platforms and their design requirements
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Health & Fitness industry trends (preferred)
• Experience with 3D Software (preferred)

Communication and Collaboration:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
