Growth Marketing Associate

As we expand our presence in Canada, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our Toronto team and help shape Alan's success story in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategy
• Refine our Canadian market positioning
• Create compelling marketing assets to showcase our value proposition
• Implement and optimize acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, social media)
• Organize events and field marketing initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate for maximum growth
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong expertise in digital acquisition, CRM, and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent English communication skills (French is a plus)
• No-code apps knowledge is beneficial
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for healthcare innovation
