Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

Our Marketing team seeks a B2B Growth Marketing Manager in Sydney to drive expansion in Australia and New Zealand. This role offers significant autonomy and impact potential during a crucial growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B Growth Marketing strategy across online and offline channels
• Lead performance marketing initiatives including paid social, display, SEM, and ABM advertising
• Manage offline marketing campaigns and coordinate with Field Marketing on events
• Partner with Content Marketing to create and execute content strategy
• Optimize CRM strategy for prospect and customer communications
• Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on results
• Collaborate with commercial teams to gather customer insights and refine value propositions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of Growth Marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology
• Proven track record running integrated customer acquisition campaigns
• Extensive experience with digital growth channels, social media, SEM, SEO, and events
• Strong data analysis and insight generation capabilities
• Customer-first mindset with ability to tailor campaigns to specific segments
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and Looker
• Excellence in strategic planning and tactical execution
• Strong communication skills for complex information
• Problem-solving mindset with results-driven approach
