Senior Marketing Analyst

Moss, a leading European FinTech spend management platform, is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Growth team. In this role, you'll be crucial in enhancing our marketing intelligence and developing our Product Led Growth (PLG) strategy, working closely with growth and marketing teams to identify opportunities and shape our long-term growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance and trends, creating custom reports for various team needs
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards to track key marketing metrics
• Work with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights
• Integrate performance data across multiple platforms for comprehensive marketing analysis
• Implement and manage event and conversion tracking setup including channel attribution

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous Marketing/Growth Analyst experience with strong understanding of funnel metrics
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Metabase)
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, and other paid channels
• Strong SQL and Python skills (database knowledge a plus)
• Fluent in English
