Events Manager

As an Events Manager, you'll join our dynamic team to create impactful B2B marketing event experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. Working within our Demand Marketing team, you'll collaborate across departments to deliver everything from large-scale conferences to monthly webinars and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of B2B lead generation events (virtual and in-person)
• Develop event demand strategy and identify new opportunities for growth
• Manage project kickoffs and cross-functional team coordination
• Drive event promotion through multiple channels to meet attendance goals
• Analyze event performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement
• Partner with internal teams to align events with company objectives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing event management experience
• Proven track record managing large-scale events for enterprise audiences
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple events
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level interactions
• Experience with event platforms (Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Hopin, or On24)
• Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Looker)
• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel for in-person events
• Experience with Asana, Airtable, Figma, ChatGPT, and Excel (preferred)
