We're looking for a dynamic Senior Director of Patient Lifecycle Marketing to drive our patient engagement strategy. You'll lead our Patient Lifecycle Marketing team and own the complete patient journey - from initial contact through treatment completion and return visits. This role involves developing and executing sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and in-platform experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the patient lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Launch and optimize new lifecycle marketing programs
  • Conduct strategic A/B testing to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Ensure cohesive brand storytelling throughout the patient journey

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of consumer marketing experience
  • 5+ years complex consumer lifecycle marketing experience (email and SMS)
  • 3+ years leadership and people management experience
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with operations and product teams
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Proven track record in marketing strategy development and execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling basic lifecycle programs to sophisticated systems
  • Background in high-frequency service business lifecycle marketing
  • Email/SMS governance and compliance expertise
  • Fast-paced startup or growth company experience
