Senior Events Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive event planning, defining goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure top-tier production quality across all event aspects - logistics, attendee experience, technology, and design
• Guide cross-functional teams throughout the event lifecycle
• Analyze and optimize event portfolio performance
• Track metrics and maintain clear documentation
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans
• Build relationships with commercial leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in strategic project/program management
• 3+ years in event marketing and B2B/SaaS space managing large-scale events (1,000+ attendees)
• Experience delivering global-level events
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Excel)
• Ability to excel in high-pressure environments
• Passion for brand marketing events
• Outstanding presentation and organizational skills

Base salary range: $115,000 – $198,000 (varies by location) New York City: $132,000 – $198,000 Nassau, Newburgh: $115,000 – $173,000
