Key Responsibilities
- Own full growth project lifecycle from ideation through execution and analysis
- Manage growth squads including specialists from paid search, SEO, engineering, and analytics
- Design and execute growth experiments using A/B testing and agile methodologies
- Analyze customer funnel metrics to inform and adjust growth strategies
- Improve customer experience through strategic, data-driven initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product growth in SaaS/tech environments
- Proven track record of scaling growth initiatives across multiple channels
- Expertise in experimentation, funnel analysis, and data analytics platforms
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop high-level growth strategies
