A high-impact Growth Lead role at Ramp, a rapidly growing financial operations platform that has saved companies over $2B and 20M hours. You'll drive customer acquisition and optimize performance across various channels by leading cross-functional growth squads and implementing data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full growth project lifecycle from ideation through execution and analysis
  • Manage growth squads including specialists from paid search, SEO, engineering, and analytics
  • Design and execute growth experiments using A/B testing and agile methodologies
  • Analyze customer funnel metrics to inform and adjust growth strategies
  • Improve customer experience through strategic, data-driven initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product growth in SaaS/tech environments
  • Proven track record of scaling growth initiatives across multiple channels
  • Expertise in experimentation, funnel analysis, and data analytics platforms
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop high-level growth strategies
