Position Overview

We're seeking a Direct Mail & Gifting Program Manager to drive customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with our performance marketing team to scale these crucial growth channels during our expansion phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Ramp's direct mail and gifting channels to drive revenue and SQL growth
• Build and optimize performance-driven campaign systems
• Design and implement new campaign strategies across messaging, design, and targeting
• Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure campaign measurability
• Work with creative teams to enhance campaign conversion rates
• Share marketing landscape insights with the growth team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, including marketing role(s) at high-growth tech companies
• Expert-level data analysis skills with strong insight generation abilities
• Proven track record of autonomous problem-solving and project completion
• Creative thinking and ability to challenge assumptions constructively
• Strong building mindset and solution-oriented approach
• Deep understanding of product and customer needs
• Excellence in cross-functional communication and team collaboration
