Upfirst is a pre-launch startup developing an AI-powered virtual answering solution for small and medium-sized businesses. As a distributed team of experienced entrepreneurs, we're on a mission to revolutionize the virtual answering industry by providing a cost-effective, knowledgeable alternative to traditional services.

We're seeking an enthusiastic and coachable beginner with a strong bias for action to join our team as a Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI to craft compelling copy for Upfirst's website, emails, social media, and blogs
• Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency
• Learn and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging, and conversational tone
• Passion for storytelling and marketing
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO is a plus (but not required—we'll train you!)
