Senior Mobile UA Manager

We're looking for an Intermediate/Senior Mobile User Acquisition Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and help continue our explosive growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance channels
• Partner with design teams on ad creative development and split testing
• Optimize targeting and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance user flow and conversion rates
• Manage and optimize app store ranking (ASO)
• Develop and refine CPA campaign strategies
• Work with data analysts to improve campaign performance
• Monitor and respond to competitive landscape and industry trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile advertising industry experience
• Proven track record managing paid mobile marketing campaigns on networks like IronSource
• Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Appsflyer and Adjust
• Strong App Store Optimization (ASO) expertise
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Deep understanding of mobile attribution and performance tracking
• Experience managing high-budget user acquisition campaigns
• Strong knowledge of mobile apps and industry trends
