Meet the Team Behind This Journey
As the Sales Development Manager (APJ), you will lead our Sales Development Team across the APJ region. This strategic role is designed for a results-driven leader passionate about sales development. You’ll craft and execute strategies for optimizing lead generation, coach your team for success, and align with business objectives to promote growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and mentor the Sales Development Team to exceed performance targets while supporting their professional growth.
  • Sales Development Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic direction for the SDR team, aligning with overall sales and business goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows for lead generation, qualification, and sales handoff to maximize efficiency.
  • Metrics & Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to enhance effectiveness.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align goals and optimize communication and processes.
  • Training & Enablement: Support team member onboarding and development through training and access to necessary tools and resources.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to boost team productivity and processes.
  • Market Intelligence: Utilize market data to refine strategies and maintain competitive positioning.

Qualities We Look For

  • Proven experience in Sales Development Leadership.
  • Deep understanding of SDR processes, with a record of measurable improvements in performance.
  • Experience in international work environments.
  • Previous roles in SDR/BDR (both Inbound and Outbound).
  • Effective collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, and other SDR tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Google suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Even Better If You Also Have:

  • Experience as an Account Executive.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, or similar sales tools.
