Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads swiftly and professionally
  • Assess potential customer needs and align with Notable's offerings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and tracking of lead interactions
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Partner Managers
  • Provide strategic feedback to improve lead generation and conversion processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of business development or lead qualification experience
  • Strong CRM platform familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret lead behavior
  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teamwork skills

Performance Expectations

  • Rapid lead response time
  • High-quality Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) generation
  • Effective meeting scheduling with Partner Managers
  • Strong MQL to SQL conversion rates
