Key Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound leads swiftly and professionally
- Assess potential customer needs and align with Notable's offerings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and tracking of lead interactions
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Partner Managers
- Provide strategic feedback to improve lead generation and conversion processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of business development or lead qualification experience
- Strong CRM platform familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret lead behavior
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teamwork skills
Performance Expectations
- Rapid lead response time
- High-quality Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) generation
- Effective meeting scheduling with Partner Managers
- Strong MQL to SQL conversion rates
