Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an outbound strategy that builds a high-quality sales pipeline
- Take full ownership of your sales territory as a trusted advisor to potential customers
- Engage decision-makers across multiple channels to generate excitement about our AI-powered solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly targets by creating targeted, high-quality connections
- Ensure data accuracy and sales process efficiency through careful tracking in Salesforce and Salesloft
- Collaborate with a dynamic team, sharing best practices and contributing to team initiatives
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (C1 or native level)
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR) or strong passion for sales
- Highly coachable, resilient, and results-oriented
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex B2B solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Salesforce, Salesloft, and modern sales tools
