Enterprise Growth Marketing Lead

ElevenLabs is a pioneering growth-stage startup revolutionizing AI voice technology. Launched in January 2023, we've quickly grown to over 1 million users, partnering with prestigious publishers, media companies, and gaming studios. Backed by tech industry leaders and fresh off a successful Series-B funding round, we're seeking an Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager for India, one of our highest-growth markets.

In this role, you'll collaborate with our India GM to drive enterprise sales growth, develop market-specific strategies, and expand our presence in the Indian market. You'll have the autonomy to shape our consideration strategy, manage events, create thought leadership content, and optimize lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for the Indian market
• Adapt successful US/EU growth initiatives for Indian audience
• Organize and manage events and webinars
• Create thought leadership content and sales collateral
• Develop and optimize nurture sequences
• Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities
• Collaborate with performance marketing team on retargeting and ABM

Requirements

• 8+ years of Enterprise growth/marketing experience
• Based in India or deep understanding of Indian market
• Exceptional copywriting and content development skills
• Strong product marketing capabilities
• Analytical proficiency with Google Sheets and/or SQL
• Self-driven with strong ownership mentality
