We're seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to execute impactful marketing campaigns through email, direct mail, and SMS channels. You'll work directly with the Senior Manager of Channel Marketing to shape our segmentation and personalization strategy, helping us reach millions of potential users across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting millions of potential members
- Design and optimize personalized campaigns using Salesforce, Braze, and Asana
- Develop end-to-end user journeys that enhance customer experience
- Manage audience segmentation and QA processes
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
90-Day Goals
- Master Virta's multi-channel marketing strategy and tech stack
- Execute at least one comprehensive campaign across all channels
- Become proficient with core marketing tools
- Build strong relationships with the business development team
- Contribute to A/B testing strategies
- Support growth team initiatives for upcoming launches
Requirements
- 5+ years channel marketing experience, preferably in healthcare/healthtech
- Proven experience executing email, direct mail, and SMS campaigns
- Strong track record of data-driven marketing and A/B testing
- Expertise with marketing automation and modern martech stacks
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration

Compensation range: $112,404 - $132,240
