We're seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to help build the premier ecosystem in enterprise generative AI. You'll drive our partner marketing strategy and execute impactful co-marketing programs that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Development

• Develop and implement partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create and deliver GTM-focused partner programs including newsletters, webinars, and events

Co-marketing Campaign Management

• Plan and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns
• Manage partner participation in Writer-led initiatives
• Oversee campaign budgets and track ROI

Event Management

• Coordinate virtual and in-person co-hosted events
• Manage event logistics and attendee communication

Content Creation

• Develop co-branded content and sales enablement materials
• Maintain brand voice consistency

Relationship Building

• Foster strong partnerships and alignment on marketing goals
• Serve as primary contact for partner marketing initiatives

Performance Analysis

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
• Prepare and present regular performance reports

Requirements

• 7+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech/SaaS
• Proven track record in partner marketing and campaign execution
• Strong understanding of Enterprise market dynamics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Expert project management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Strategic thinking with results-driven approach
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
