Born from a collaboration between Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique experts, we're on a mission to enhance women's and children's health through innovative technology and medical expertise.

As we expand into the USA, we're seeking a dynamic CRM Assistant intern to join our growth team. You'll be instrumental in managing our increasing leads and ensuring top-notch communication from the first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and score incoming leads meticulously
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers
  • Develop 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies with the US Sales Team
  • Create insightful dashboards for data-driven decision making
  • Develop effective pre-sales outreach sequences
  • Implement efficient workflows and automation in Hubspot CRM
  • Monitor and report on key statistics to guide lead qualification processes

Requirements

  • Passion for lead qualification and Sonio's mission
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Tech-savvy, especially with CRM systems (Hubspot knowledge a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Professional English proficiency (French is a bonus)
