As we aim to become the global leader in Language AI, we're seeking an APAC Communications Lead to drive our regional communications strategy, with a focus on Japan and Korea.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional communications strategy, adapting global messages for local B2B and B2C audiences
  • Build and maintain media and key stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and execute regional communications roadmap
  • Manage multiple agencies and lead regional communications initiatives
  • Create high-quality content including press releases, articles, and presentations
  • Maintain brand consistency across global platforms
  • Identify and manage speaking opportunities and event participation
  • Track success metrics and assist with budget planning
  • Conduct market research and analysis

Requirements

  • 8+ years of corporate communications experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking ability to align communications with business goals
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills
  • Excellent team collaboration abilities
  • Passion for technology, language, and DeepL's mission
