Logistics Coordinator

We're seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our IT operations team, managing our equipment webstore and global provisioning process. You'll play a crucial role in coordinating worldwide equipment transportation, delivery, and distribution while ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer outbound shipments and returns within SLA guidelines
• Handle shipping inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues
• Oversee device repairs and warranty processes
• Prepare compliant shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments
• Monitor deliveries and coordinate with carriers for timely shipment processing
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure customs compliance
• Handle carrier investigations and claims for lost or damaged shipments

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in logistics, shipping, or import/export
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with MS Office, G Suite, and Slack
• Understanding of customs documentation and procedures
• Knowledge of international customs regulations (preferred)
