Manager, Affiliate Marketing

We're seeking a Partner Marketing Manager in Singapore to drive our global affiliate program and ecosystem partnerships. You'll be part of our dynamic Marketing team that crafts compelling campaigns and drives customer engagement through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Airwallex's affiliate program, including partner onboarding and performance tracking
• Identify and recruit strategic ecosystem partners across global markets
• Optimize program performance through data analysis and strategic implementation
• Ensure partner content aligns with product offerings and local market needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
• Generate and analyze performance reports to drive strategic decisions

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in affiliate or content creator marketing
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Impact, Google Analytics) and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive learning mindset
• Excellence in verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently with global teams
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
• Meticulous attention to detail

Preferred:

• B2B or fintech marketing experience
• Understanding of cross-border payments and financial services
