Job Overview

We're seeking a Brand Reputation Manager to oversee digital brand experience for our flagship apps: Yoga Go, Muscle Booster, WalkFit, OMO, and FastEasy. This role will focus on maintaining a positive brand presence across key markets including the US, UK, Latin America, and EU.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze online content across social media, blogs, forums, and search engines
• Develop strategies to enhance brand sentiment and engagement
• Address criticisms professionally and proactively
• Create compelling brand content to build consumer trust
• Manage user-generated content
• Collaborate with Brand, Social Media, and Digital PR teams
• Submit apps for industry awards
• Represent the company at fitness industry events
• Track and report on brand reputation metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in online brand reputation management
• Proficiency with social listening tools and sentiment analysis
• Strong understanding of EEAT principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of target market cultures
• Experience in fitness/wellness industry preferred
