Marketing Operations Manager, Automated Outreach

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll design and manage automated B2B marketing campaigns, create automation workflows, and analyze campaign performance using Marketo Analytics and other tools. You'll play a crucial role in shaping Airwallex's growth by improving marketing efficiency and supporting personalized customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and execute targeted global B2B marketing campaigns via Marketo
• Manage marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Oversee integration of Marketo with CRM systems and other marketing technologies
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align strategies and share insights
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Work with external vendors to maximize Marketo's capabilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Proven track record in building and deploying Marketo programs for B2B companies
• Strong understanding of data flows and technical limitations among platforms
• Knowledge of common marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven orientation
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools like Workato or Zapier
• Adobe Marketo Engage certification
• Basic SQL skills
