Senior Manager, Startup Partner Marketing

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Startup Partner Marketing in Singapore to spearhead our global Airwallex for Startups program. You'll shape our startup initiatives and forge partnerships with VC/PE firms, accelerators, and startup communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute global partner marketing strategies for startup acquisition
• Lead as thought leader and brand ambassador for Airwallex for Startups
• Drive co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners
• Develop enablement materials and campaign toolkits
• Establish performance tracking infrastructure
• Monitor industry trends to evolve program effectiveness

Requirements

Essential

• 8+ years of startup partner marketing experience
• Track record of executing marketing programs across US, EMEA, and APAC
• Deep understanding of startup ecosystems and B2B marketing
• Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools
• Excellence in project management and multitasking
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Preferred

• Experience building startup programs at high-growth companies
• Fintech, payments, or SaaS sector background
• Startup environment experience
• Expertise in startup-focused partner marketing
