Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic revenue marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead demand generation efforts across multiple channels
• Drive marketing-sales alignment and establish clear SLAs
• Oversee analytics and reporting frameworks for marketing effectiveness
• Manage lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration strategies
• Develop customer lifecycle management strategies
• Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams

Requirements

• 15+ years of revenue marketing and demand generation experience in B2B environments
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth through demand generation
• Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities
• Demonstrated success in sales and marketing alignment
• Data-driven decision-making expertise
• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration
• Strong revenue operations and financial acumen
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing

Base salary varies by location, with specific ranges for New York City ($322,000 – $483,000) and other NY locations ($280,000 – $420,000).
