Front End Developer

Coder is seeking a Front End Developer to join our marketing team and drive growth by enhancing coder.com and other web properties. As the primary gateway for new users and customers, you'll shape first impressions and create influential web experiences for developers and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance coder.com and other web properties
• Create engaging web experiences for new users and customers
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Writers on documentation site
• Continuously experiment and optimize for conversion rate gains
• Provide feedback, collaborate effectively, and think critically about the bigger picture

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in:
  • Developing websites using NextJS and Typescript
  • Using Figma for development information
  • Fetching data from third-party APIs (CMSs, GitHub)
  • Implementing animations and transitions
  • Creating visual/snapshot tests
• Ability to share portfolio when applying

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with MUI and Storybook
• Eye for design and user experience
• Understanding of open-source developer communities
• Experience building or contributing to developer tools
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Interview Process:

Our consistent and enjoyable interview process typically takes two to three weeks. You'll meet with individual contributors, managers, and leadership. Compensation is provided for any required take-home assessments.
