As pioneers of the Trust Management Platform, we help companies build, maintain, and demonstrate their security commitments with ease. We're seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our A/NZ team and drive our regional growth initiatives.
As our Marketing Campaigns Manager, you'll spearhead multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline growth while strengthening Vanta's brand presence in the A/NZ market. You'll work with a kind and talented team where prior security experience is valued but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated, full-funnel campaign strategies for the A/NZ market
- Establish and monitor KPIs focused on pipeline impact and ROI
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to align campaigns with go-to-market priorities
- Collaborate with APAC leadership on targeted market segment campaigns
- Provide performance updates and insights to leadership teams
- Execute sponsorship media buys and support regional event marketing
- Work with US-based marketing team on localizing campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven track record in SMB and Commercial segment campaign execution
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Adaptability to changing business needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
