We're seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Deel Global Payroll. This senior role requires a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition to drive demand, adoption, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Create compelling positioning and messaging
• Spearhead product launches and sales enablement
• Drive customer advocacy and thought leadership
• Measure and optimize performance of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of product marketing experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead high-performing teams
