We're seeking a Director of Corporate Business Development to lead our corporate client growth strategy, focusing on token issuers, foundations, and corporate counter-parties. This role requires deep expertise in digital asset markets and a strategic approach to building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Qualification
- Identify and prioritize high-value corporate counter-parties
- Conduct market research for client needs and opportunities
- Develop systematic lead qualification processes
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships
- Serve as primary client contact
- Monitor and maintain client satisfaction
Strategic Service Expansion
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Lead development of bespoke trading solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations
Fundamental Analysis
- Evaluate blockchain projects and token economics
- Leverage financial and blockchain data for strategic decisions
- Develop risk assessment models
Requirements
- 8+ years of business development/sales experience in financial services/crypto markets
- Strong understanding of digital asset markets or 3+ years industry experience
- Extensive knowledge of derivatives, financial concepts, and blockchain ecosystems
- Proven track record with token issuers and crypto corporate clients
- Strong familiarity with trading concepts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
