We're seeking a talented Conversion Copywriter to join our marketing team and create compelling, results-driven content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-converting copy for emails, landing pages, ads, social media, decks, and marketing materials
• Work with marketing and design teams to align copy with visual elements and brand strategy
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates
• Monitor industry trends and copywriting best practices
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all materials
• Guide prospects through the sales funnel with effective messaging
• Analyze campaign performance and provide improvement insights
• Manage content calendar and delivery schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
• 3+ years of conversion copywriting experience
• Proven success creating high-converting copy across marketing channels
• Superior writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Deep understanding of sales funnel dynamics
• Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis
• Strong collaborative and project management skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, A/B testing platforms)
• Experience with Asana is a plus
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
