Demand Generation Manager

LILT, a leading AI solution for enterprise translation, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. Recently recognized on The Software Report's top software companies list and the Inc. 5000, we help innovative organizations like Intel, ASICS, WalkMe, and Canva deliver multilingual digital experiences at scale through our Contextual AI Engine, Connector APIs, and Human Adaptive Feedback.

Based in our Emeryville, CA office (hybrid work model), the Demand Generation Manager will report to the Head of Demand Generation and Field Marketing, driving new customer acquisition and growth through comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, webinars, SEO, 3rd parties, and PPC
• Promote content including eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and infographics
• Analyze performance data to optimize campaign strategies and ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Manage and optimize website content for SEO and oversee paid search campaigns
• Report on campaign performance and provide strategic insights to senior management

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of LILT, our value proposition, technology, and the translation industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of AI landscape and enterprise sales/marketing
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
