Role Overview
We're seeking a proactive Marketing Response Representative (MRR) to bridge lead generation and sales execution. You'll be the critical first point of contact who qualifies leads and prepares them for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website sources
- Assess potential customer needs and align them with our offerings
- Maintain detailed CRM records of lead interactions
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Partner Managers
- Provide strategic feedback to optimize lead nurturing processes
- Report on key metrics like lead response time and MQL conversion rates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of business development or lead qualification experience
- CRM platform experience (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and collaborative abilities
