We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the UK/Ireland market who is energetic, eager to learn, and team-oriented. In this role, you'll be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities with large enterprises across all industries using a multi-channel approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from DeepL's website and marketing activities using a multi-channel approach
• Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to deliver qualified meetings
• Take ownership of your territory and act as a trusted advisor for potential customers
• Work towards monthly meeting booking and NQP goals
• Execute with high activity levels across all channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Generate curiosity and excitement about DeepL's B2B product suite
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce and Salesloft
• Contribute to building a collaborative, fun, and high-energy team environment

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and German (mandatory requirement)
• Active listening skills and natural curiosity
• Growth mindset with ability to give and receive feedback
• Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Passion for technology sales career development
• Minimum 6 months successful sales experience (preferably in SaaS/Inside Sales/SDR/BDR)
• Strong team player with proactive helping attitude
