Key Responsibilities

• Lead DTC acquisition strategy across paid and owned channels
• Drive performance marketing with deep expertise in CAC, LTV, and ROI
• Align messaging throughout the entire user journey
• Leverage market insights to inform data-driven growth decisions
• Foster a culture of rigorous experimentation and continuous learning
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team

Requirements

• 10+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in D2C/subscription businesses
• Proven track record scaling customer acquisition programs
• Expert knowledge of paid marketing channels and performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills and experimentation mindset
• Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and work cross-functionally
• Passion for driving personal and professional transformation
