Product Marketing Manager

Welltech is a global leader in the Health & Fitness industry, reaching over 200 million users through five innovative wellness apps. With a team of 700+ professionals across 5 global hubs, we're transforming lives through intuitive nutrition trackers, fitness solutions, and personalized wellness journeys.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive our product marketing strategies and shape the future of our health and fitness apps. This role will focus on developing marketing strategies, executing go-to-market plans, and optimizing the user journey while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Audience Strategy:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product marketing strategies
• Develop and own marketing audience strategy across all channels
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive product development

Go-To-Market Strategy:

• Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for products and features
• Develop replicable GTM playbook for new markets and audiences
• Create compelling product narratives and value propositions

End-to-End User Journey Optimization:

• Collaborate on content development across all touchpoints
• Own and execute 12-month new user journey roadmap
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Track and optimize performance metrics
• Drive thought leadership initiatives through strategic marketing

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Marketing Management experience
• Proven track record in B2C product marketing growth
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
• Excellent creative and narrative development abilities
• Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
• Adaptable mindset and user-centric approach
• Health and fitness industry experience/interest (preferred)
