Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads
• Drive community engagement through active response management
• Coordinate with UGC creators for video content production
• Design and execute innovative social media strategies
• Track and analyze performance metrics

Requirements

• Track record of growing social media accounts
• Excellent content creation skills and UGC coordination experience
• In-depth knowledge of social platform trends and algorithms
• Strategic alignment of social initiatives with marketing goals
• Working knowledge of Canva or Photoshop
• Passion for social media and trend-spotting
• Self-motivated problem-solving abilities
• Strong teamwork and community management skills
