We're currently expanding our presence in the French public sector, which represents approximately 5 million workers. Following the 2019 reform requiring public employers to contribute to health insurance premiums, we've already partnered with several key institutions and are poised for significant growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prospection and Relationship Building

• Develop comprehensive territory planning to identify key public sector entities
• Engage with decision-makers to present Alan's value proposition
• Represent Alan at industry events and fairs
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence

Request for Proposal Support

• Identify and track opportunities using government databases
• Contribute to RFP responses
• Travel nationally within France on a monthly basis

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to manage C-level discussions with high formalism
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong collaborative and networking abilities
• Confident public speaking skills
• Interest in understanding French public sector structure
• Insurance and legal knowledge (plus)
