Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-funnel demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, and ABM channels
- Execute integrated campaigns across paid media, webinars, email, events, and ABM platforms
- Optimize paid media campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit
- Design nurture programs to guide prospects through buyer journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline influence, and conversion rates
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in growth marketing with digital advertising experience
- 5+ years managing B2B SaaS digital marketing programs
- Proven ability to manage and mentor demand generation teams
- Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Track record of generating high-quality sales opportunities
