Job Overview

We're seeking our first Field Marketing Manager to drive awareness and lead generation through strategic event planning and execution. This role will be critical in building and owning our field marketing function across various event formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop an impactful event strategy
• Execute events targeting the right audience to generate high-quality leads
• Extend Decagon's brand across conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and product launches
• Define and measure field marketing success through KPIs like ROI and pipeline influence
• Own lead generation outcomes and event performance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of event planning and hosting experience
• 1-2+ years field marketing experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise software
• Strong operational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage diverse event formats (in-person, virtual, dinners)
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
