Sales/Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the PST (UTC -8) time zone. This new role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our sales processes while driving growth in the Live Events, Media, and Corporate Marketing sectors across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn, phone calls, and emails
  • Conduct sales outreach via various channels, including LinkedIn campaigns and cold calls
  • Collaborate with management to develop and refine sales strategies and tools
  • Manage leads and customer interactions using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities and key metrics

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, focusing on lead generation and relationship building
  • Proven expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for sales outreach and networking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Ability to develop and implement new processes
  • Understanding of and experience working within the Americas market
