We’re now looking for a Director of CRM who will architect, and drive Almedia's global customer relationship management strategy, with a distinct emphasis on mobile-first engagement and strategic integration across the business. This is a unique opportunity to build a best-in-class CRM function, cultivate a high-impact team, and directly influence user lifetime value and business profitability at scale.

What You’ll Do 🎯
Set Vision & Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term vision and comprehensive roadmap for Almedia's CRM function, with a primary focus on mobile (push, in-app messaging), user segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel orchestration.
Drive Transformative Growth: Lead the design and execution of sophisticated CRM campaigns, leveraging advanced analytics, A/B testing, and automation to significantly enhance user retention, engagement, and monetization KPIs.
Build & Scale CRM Infrastructure: Oversee the strategic evolution of our CRM tech stack (e.g., CleverTap, integrated tools), ensuring it supports global growth, complex data flows, and seamless integration with product and engineering systems.
Develop & Empower a World-Class Team: Recruit, inspire, and manage a high-performing CRM team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous professional development.
Influence Across the Organization: Serve as the primary CRM expert and evangelist, collaborating at an executive level with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing leadership to align strategies and drive holistic customer lifecycle management.
What You’ll Bring 💡
Extensive leadership experience (typically 8-10+ years) in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with a proven history of designing and executing successful mobile-first strategies at scale, ideally in a fast-growing tech environment.
Demonstrated expertise in building and operationalizing complex CRM architectures, including profound knowledge of data flows, segmentation, personalization at scale, and technical integrations.
A strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and translating complex technical CRM concepts into clear business strategies.
Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, including proficiency with sophisticated experimentation design, attribution models, and performance reporting.
Deep technical understanding including SQL, HTML, and proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to guide technical teams and troubleshoot complex CRM system challenges.
Experience with mobile gaming or high-volume consumer apps is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of unique user psychology and monetization strategies.
