Senior director, field marketing

We're looking for a Senior Director of Field Marketing to drive our marketing initiatives and strengthen our market presence. This role will focus on developing and executing innovative field marketing strategies that generate pipeline and revenue growth while working closely with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead planning and execution of field events, conferences, and deal acceleration programs
• Partner with sales teams to design effective marketing programs
• Build and manage a growing field marketing team
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI
• Manage field marketing budget
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices
• Build relationships with external partners and vendors

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership focus in field and event marketing
• Proven success in field marketing strategy and regional event execution
• Strong project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with event management tools and CRM software
