We're seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive our customer acquisition efforts during this crucial growth phase. You'll work with our experienced team to build and scale our fastest-growing channels, directly impacting Ramp's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale multiple channels including LinkedIn, Meta, X, and programmatic display channels to drive revenue and SQL growth
  • Develop and implement testing systems for optimizing performance-driven campaigns
  • Track and analyze full-funnel performance metrics
  • Collaborate with analytics and technical teams on data integration
  • Partner with creative teams to improve campaign performance
  • Share performance marketing insights with the broader growth organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in high-growth tech
  • Expert-level data analysis capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high autonomy
  • Creative thinking and ability to challenge assumptions
  • Passion for building solutions and understanding customer needs
  • Team-first mentality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels
